- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
- Full payment must be made before travel documents are issued.
- Payments are accepted via secure gateways.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Refunds are subject to the terms of service providers (airlines, hotels).
- Non-refundable deposits cannot be returned.
4. Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up-to-date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Al Salam Travels is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, flight delays, or political unrest.
6. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
